We are delighted to announce our first retail partner in Alberta – BLAKE, which opened its doors on September 4th, in Canmore.

BLAKE is the brainchild of Chef Blake Flann who has partnered with his cousin, local chef Jessica Pedersen, as well as his dad Norm Flann.  The store carries carefully selected gourmet products from around Canada and also a wide selection of Asian gourmet foods and ingredients.  The store includes a full kitchen for classes. BLAKE also provides catering and a restaurant is in the works.
