PÉCHÉ MIGNON shortbread – Product Review in Edible Canada Amuse Bouche Food Newsletter (March 2013)

We are pleased to see that PÉCHÉ MIGNON cookies have been featured  in the March edition of Edible Canada Amuse Bouche Food Newsletter.  We particularly like the following quote:

“We are proud to carry these delicious shortbreads, not only because they melt in your mouth and we can’t get enough of them, but also because we share similar values.”

PÉCHÉ MIGNON – “guilty pleasure”

Peche Mignon is a collection of artisan baked confections, which are handcrafted right here in Surrey, British Columbia, in small batches, only from fine natural ingredients. Their dream is to create culinary delights that stand out in quality, taste and presentation.

The founder has handcrafted baked foods from her kitchens for over 10 years for corporate events and special occasions in the UK, Calgary and Vancouver. They use only natural ingredients , including no additives and no preservatives.

We are proud to carry these delicious shortbreads, not only because they melt in your mouth and we can’t get enough of them, but also because we share similar values. Peche Mignon’s ingredients are produced locally and sourced from local suppliers.

We carry both their sweet and savoury shortbread cookies (that we believe can be enjoyed all year):

Savoury:

Parmesan & Rosemary

Cheddar & Red Pepper

Sweet:

Cranberry & Orange

Apricot & Pistachio

We often have product demos on Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to stop in and see what we have ‘in-store’
