Over a year ago, we created PÉCHÉ MIGNON and delivered our distinctive artisan shortbread to our very first retail partner.  We have entered our second year with our shortbread being carried by nearly 20 premium quality retail food stores in Greater Vancouver and Kelowna.  We think that it is a good time to celebrate a little!

On April 10th, 2014 we are collaborating with Örling & Wu in a special in-store event as a part of the Spring edition of the Gastown Shop Hop. We will be sampling our varieties of shortbread, providing refreshments and shoppers will be able to buy on the day at special prices.  In addition to setting up the pop-up shop for the public, PÉCHÉ MIGNON will be celebrating with friends, family, customers, food writers, media and other invitees in the uniquely beautiful and stylishly European setting at Örling & Wu.
